Prior to 2013, she managed a call center operation, leading customer service teams and ensuring operational excellence.
Today, Lauren combines her operational expertise with modern AI-powered tools to help businesses improve organization, communication, and efficiency. She specializes in scheduling management, remote dispatch coordination, customer support, and virtual administrative services.
